I just formated my HD and reinstalled my OS due to some error, and now I have this problem everytime I try to install any software that requires rebooting (like Alcohol for example). My PC just hangs at boot screen (the black screen with Windows XP logo and blue bars running).

These errors appears in Event Viewer :

    Code:
    Event Type:	Error
    Event Source:	Service Control Manager
    Event Category:	None
    Event ID:	7026

    Description:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
    Fips
    nod32drv
    Processor
    and

    Code:
    Event Type:	Error
    Event Source:	DCOM
    Event Category:	None
    Event ID:	10005

    Description:
DCOM got error "This service cannot be started in Safe Mode " attempting to start the service EventSystem with arguments "" in order to run the server:
    {1BE1F766-5536-11D1-B726-00C04FB926AF}
I tried searching Google but no luck.
