I had used the forum a long time ago, but couldn't remember the name. I was searching Google for "network security forum" and also "security forum", but it didn't show up in top results. What worked for me was searching for my username. It's sad Wilder's isn't a top result because it's a good forum. Search results are often not so great, and there isn't too much competition to Google. And behold, Wilder's only uses its own domain for resources! I'm working on a search filter that shows websites drawing only from their own domain for resources.
I've never had to search for Wilders, but your post piqued my curiosity. As you did, I used "security forum" and Wilders is on the 3rd page. Not bad, imo.
Wilders isn't in first 20 search results for phrase "security forum" for me. It is second for phrase "security software forum" and 6th for "windows security forum".
Best security forums is top of first page for me, same as ibdm. Obviously a lot may depend on search engine, browser settings etc.
Me too. #1 is Wilders. Used SeaMonkey and google search for 'best security forums'. When I searched for 'security forums' Wilders is on first page, fifth from top.
