In June - July I bought the NOD32 and tried to clarify some simple support questions but uncessfully. (https://www.wilderssecurity.com/search.php?do=finduser&u=84670) Markus, thanks a lot for your help, but it was not enough to successfully use the Nod32. So after one more weeks I canceled my order and got notification about my money had to be back in 30 days. I have been waiting for refund for 2 months, I called to customer support, leaved a bunch of messages. In September I got strange statement by e-mail where I was notified about I was credited and I own money to ESSET. I contacted about the statement to ESSET customer service, they forwarded me to financial lady, who did not reply. I called her back for several times and leaved a bunch of messages again and still no reply and no money. I really want my money back… Could anyone help me to figure out how to push ESSET to return my money without court? I really do not have time for that now … NOD32 is the great product, but the customer service is killing me … Sorry for my English and a lot of writing.
