GUI Very Slow.

    it was slow before i formatted my system and after, ie now. Each time i load the gui to change some options, it's very slow, changing the tabs takes up to 3++ seconds. moving the gui around the screen is like moving the XP windows without the graphic card drivers... What's wrong? I have the version 3.150
