I'm currently on hold with ESET support. Boy what a great product but horrible horrible customer service. I did fill out a ticket online but a response takes at least 1 day. Currently we're on day 3 or 4. Case #455199 All my clients are saying the license has expired even though I have an active account. The clients can connect to the server and they were downloading updates properly until my versions expired. Anyone else experience this? Can a rep from ESET please contact me via phone this is a very serious problem!
