Gov't crackdown spurs initiatives to route around DNS

    Since the main vehicle for state censorship of the Internet, e.g. Austrailia, is the blocking put into place on DNS servers. That would imply that the avenues cropping up to avoid the ICANN DNS framework is a good thing for anti-censorship, transparency, and democracy in the long run.
