Got a Trojan

Dammm !!! I just did a scan of my C drive using BitDefender Free Ver 8 and it picked up a trojan. Now the trojan it detected was a Trojan.Runas.A

I've never heard of this one and how bad is it? Apparently it was found in the Windows NT file.
