Pwnium 2013 was announced a little while back, and details have surfaced. ChromeOS vulns are in. The prizes are massive.

    http://blog.chromium.org/2013/01/show-off-your-security-skills-pwn2own.html

$110,000: browser or system level compromise in guest mode or as a logged-in user, delivered via a web page.

$150,000: compromise with device persistence -- guest to guest with interim reboot, delivered via a web page.

That's an incredibly attractive amount of money for whitehats. A years salary for many people.

Yeah maybe even 2 or 3 years of salary for some.

Though I would be happy for less :p And as they say, hard work pays off!
