I tried Chrome & liked it... EXCEPT that it opens links/tabs in the background.

When I middle-button-click a link, I want the focus to immediately switch to that link/tab. In other words, I want the link/tab to open in the foreground, NOT in the background.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

I don't know any way this can presently be done. What I do know of, however, are two workarounds:

    1. Ctrl-Shift-middleclick
    2. Drag the link to the tab bar

I shall give it a try the next time I take Chrome for a spin.
