I can't understand those who created Google Authenicator did not think that as the number of
sites increase a search function is must and without it as time goes on this app becomes useless
I have so many sites in there and it makes me so upset that I can't search

Do you guys understand or have experience ?

I use GA only for sensitive/important sites with personal datas, not the common ones, so my GA list is quite short.

I have 50 sites there as I do this for my customers are all important and sensitive so you are telling me it is OK for GA not to have search function because people do not use that much just for a few listing. Thanks it make sense :)

Rather than a search function I would look for an authenticator app with a safe backup function. If for whatever reason you phone goes banana then you will face a huge work resetting everything :D:thumb:

Yes actually and I can see a lot of people have asked for this as well as an easier way to find the list

Authy offers a backup function: https://authy.com/features/backup/

Up to you if it's safe (enough).
