Getting “Access Denied” when accessing newly restored File

    Getting “Access Denied” when accessing newly restored file. Any suggestions as to what I need to do to access this file. It is my old outlook files that I am trying to restore to my newly built system. However I tried to restore random files and cannot seem to access those either.

    If this is a PG issue not windows, then you can try the below.

    Uncheck the box "Block new and changed Applications". This automatically blocks with the access denied rather than a prompt to allow or not. Once unchecked, you will get prompts for the programs. You can choose to allow once or always from there.
