GeSWall Default settings good enough?

Hi,for what ever reason,I decided to replace Sandboxie free with GeSWall.
My system runs well,but I must adnit I do no understand GeSWall.

Untill I am able to understand the ins-outs of the program,do the default setting provide adaquate protection?
GeSWall will be ran with ShadowDefender in ShadowMode 99% of the time.

 

Yup,I used the defualt settings myself and also ran it alongside of Shadowdefender with no issues.

I threw a ton of stuff at it and never got myself into trouble

Only reason I switched to Sandboxie was,to try it out,but wouldnt hesitate for a second on using Geswall again.
