Can any one recommend a trust worthy, well known and good site that sells Gaming Desktops to some one who does not know how to build a computer? Ive been searching around websites like Cyberpower only to find out they have many negative reviews on them.

I would heartily recommend Velocity Micro. www.velocitymicro.com

I've purchased 5 machines from them, and they build excellent machines, and have service bar none.

Apart from the vendors already mentioned, you could try the following:
Buying gaming PCs from manufacturers can be quite expensive. Building your own is probably better if you have the time and expertise.

Not necessarily. Velocity Micro isn't that bad price wise considering you get a built, tested, OS installed machine ready to go. Plus no crapware or that kind of nonsense.

If I were to buy rite now it would be Velocity Micro, you can get a very good gaming machine for around $1500 US. No preinstalled garbage.
