    Hello,
For those who are doing an in-place upgrade to SD 2.0 from an existing previous version I wanted to make you aware of an issue you may have after the upgrade.
This morning I tried to image two machines and both failed to boot from PXE.
After much investigation I discovered that even though the upgrade from version 13xx to 2.0 is supposed to be "seamless" you MUST create a new boot file (under "Configure PXE Server" in the Management Console). Not sure yet what happened to the previous PXE boot file, but it appears as though after the upgrade it gets wiped.
Just wanted to give Snap Deploy admins a heads-up.

    Hello doxenberg,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Complete System Deployment Software.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

Actually, all the settings should be saved from the previous version during the upgrade process. All components which were uploaded to Acronis PXE Server should not be removed from it.

If you allow us to investigate the issue then please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post on the machine where you have Acronis PXE Server installed.

Please submit a request for technical support. Attach the collected information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
