    Interesting article.
    'As more and more young people start using the Web, developers need to be aware that pulling geo-location data, email addresses, etc. of children is illegal, and that the FTC will be cracking down.'

    'Children' are all those, younger than 18, I guess?
    Banning collection of (identifiable) geo-location data could make quite a few companies a tad nervous. I'd seem ideal for marketing purposes.
