Since all private messaging appears to be disabled on this forum and have now had to file a PayPal "Not received" dispute because of no response to purchasing RD, does anyone have any insight about why the registration/purchase process for GS products isn't functioning?

    Thank you.

I have just had the same frustrating experience as escolar, but think, after four attempts at entering the registration details from the payment e-mail, that I have the answer.

The message on enterering the registration details from my e-mail was that all was in order but to restart RegDefend. This did not work, so I rebooted instead and all was well.

I have suggested rewording the instructions.

Big difference is that I never received a payment email or so far any response to the PayPal dispute.

Could you try PMing me again with your email? There have been some issues with hotmail/yahoo/some isps blocking Ghost Security emails causing them to not receive anything, including responses to their "why didn't I get something" email. It's a bit frustrating.
