Frustrated - Customer support Problem

    Hi, I have purchased 3 Acronis products and I am awed by the ratings however I am freightened by the support. I am surparised that their isn't a techline or customer support phone #. I purchased a copy of True Image last week and never received a key code. I have written several times without a respone. I also purchased the image product for windows servers yesterday and am very concerned because I wired over $700.00 for it and have not received any reply. CAN ANYONE HELP ME??

    My first request was [Acronis #387865] and the second was [Acronis #388455] . Any help would be appreaicated, I really need to use the True Image product.

    I have found only your orders for Acronis Dick Director Suite 9.0 and Acronis True Image 9.0 in Acronis Support Base.     Hi, First of all thanks very much for your help on the other item, I appreciate it. Second, with regard to the Windows Server software, I ordered it through Digital River and order #(***). I did a wire transfer on Tuesday.

    True Image Windows Servers purchase problem

    Hi, I am wondering if you've heard anything from Digital River regarding my wire of $700.00 for purchase of the above memtioned software. I am very concerned due to to amount of money and length of time its been.
