Freewebs on Restricted Site List

    Would someone please give me the definitive answer as to why www.freewebs.com is on the restricted site list. Is CoolWebSearch still an issue with this site.

    I have a friend who has just built a website on freewebs and I cannot get to his Guestbook and I suspect it might have something to do with freewebs being on my restricted site list.
