Free Prevx CSI

    Thanks guys for this topic and replies, i really mean it.

    Someone complained with ThreatFire their boot times were showing a bit more delay than usual. I been experiencing the same exact problem today so with some regret i uninstalled it for Free Prevx CSI.

    I never been a supporter and likely never will of a program that depends mostly on an ongoing internet site connection to watch for baddies, but at least with this one it's reasonably tolerable for me and so i hope it gets even better.

    As for ThreatFire, it still uses (4) drivers just like CyberHawk did and i'm not saying that one or all of them are the reason behind the boot delays, but the extra loading of them in whatever stack they need to be placed to, definitely slows boot time for me too, and since i rarely encounter delay boots if any, this one was just too much for me.

    afer running the prevx csi scan how comes two processes are still running?
    i manualy stopped them and then deleted the file from the desktop.
    i think it was the same .exe file running twice.
