Can anyone recommend me a free ad blocker/muncher. No need for a popup blocker since i use Opera.

    Many thanks.

So far i found these: NoAds

    Pop-Up Stopper

    KewlBar

    Serenity Ad Blocker

    Any experiences with these?

Is Firefox + extension Adblock and Noscript not enough to block these annoying ads ?

Opera is enough IMO. You don't need more.

For a freebie works great, if you need more features get AdMuncher.

I could not use it on my Firefox browser and also...even if I followed instructions changing the proxy server to localhost 888....I couldn't connect to the net. o_O  so, I have to return again to my previous settings w/c is connect directly to internet.

I am on dial-up...and it could be that changing my proxy server just to make this program work will not be compatible...so maybe this program is not suitable for me.
