Mine is about as fast as they get, so i doubt that is it.

I can live with the slower loading, however, this new forum is much more difficult to read and way to bright to be comfortable at least for my eyes, will there be changes to this down the road?

Also dansorin made a good point about we can't collapse the forum sections we never visit.

kind of feel the same way. honestly dont like the new layout at all so far, agree about the colors. the previous forum imo looked far more professional. i miss all the traditional forum layouts all these new styles look terrible. rip to the previous layout i will miss it. i do appreciate all the work you guys do to keep this place up so please know that.

  4. NAVIGATION: Clicking a thread, change default to last page (as it was), in stead of first page (as it is now)

LOOKS: taste is personal, gui design would not look bad at barby doll forum IMO :-*

zfactor, the avatar size is 200 pixels x 200 pixels, instead of the 96 x 96 of the old forum. Just FYI.

Probably because the old ones were converted to a larger size...

Yes, people should upload new avatars. They recommend using a file at 200x200 like JR said. Our old limits were so small, that they look terrible blown up.

    So, go Hi Def.

    It's definitely a changed look !
    We'll get used to it.
Something I do not like; perhaps it just hasn't yet been implemented.
When I click on 'last message', I don't get the last message in that thread as I did before the change- only a pop-up for the member.
I hope that feature is restored.

I really liked the old vbuletin look better but this works. I find the response to my typing a bit sluggish compared to the old version. There is a delay between my hitting the keys and text appearing. The compatibility is good. I was able to browse the forum with Opera 9 and have it look right which is a good sign for both forward and backward compatibility.

Actually, it's probably still in your browser cache from before. The new xF is in place.

I'm not having that issue. The old favicon is probably in the browsers cache. I have had a couple of posting glitches.

You visit forums that you want to follow and on each forum use option "watch forum" - it's on top of all threads on right side. When you have all forums you want to follow marked, you use "watched forums" option on top. That way you will see only forums you are following.

For a moment all my wilders bookmarks were broken, so should we update all our links or it will work in the future like it works now?
