Does anyone know if there is a way to force a NOD32 v4 client to check in with the remote administrator. By default a client will checkin every 10 minutes. If you look at the list of clients in the remote administrator console you can see when the client was "Last Connected." This time will count up to 10 minutes, the client will check in and receive any updates to policy, and then the counter will start again.

Is there a way from the client to force this checkin?

I don't think so, though we've changed ours to 5 minutes.

For testing purposes you can set the interval for connecting to ERAS to 0.
