For ESET Rep - ESET does not recognize my user name?

    I have a 4 computer license which expires 1/15/13 for the AntiVirus. I now only need 3 licenses. When I went to the ESET webpage to get my account information, the system tells me that "We can't seem to find that username/email combination.". I only need 3 licenses now and I was hoping that I could convert one of the licenses into an extension to the remaining 3 licenses if that is possible.

    Since I can't find a direct email address to an ESET support person I'm hoping one of the ESET reps that frequent this site can give me a hand. I am not having any database update issues but I would like to get this straightened out asap since I suspect the problem would prevent me from performing a successful upgrade to version 5. BTW, is there a cost to upgrade from v4.x to v5.x

    there is no cost to upgrade from version 4 to 5 as long as the licence is current and valid
