folder lock program

I am looking for a free and SIMPLE folder locking program. Don't need encryption etc, just simple password protection. I am using Win XP

thanks beef, but i don't want any encryption just a simple password protection option. where i can set a password in order to vies/access the folder.

Sorry, what's the point of a password if you don't encrypt the contents? Your folder would certainly be accessible in one way or another.
