    Is it the best open source alternative to Microsoft Visio?

    My vote goes to Dia. Openoffice's Draw still lags behind Dia. But well, being free, support both.

    I've used OO Draw and now I use Dia. I find Dia more polished and more feature-rich than Draw.

    True, but im bit concerned cos there doesnt seem to have much progress/updates on DIA..
