From Almost infinite local storage prompts, and third-party issue:
My workaround is to tick the third-party checkbox, block all Flash cookies, make per-site Allow exceptions, and use Firefox extension BetterPrivacy to preserve the Flash cookies with the Allow exceptions settings when I clear History. However, this workaround blocks first-party Flash cookies by default too. Any ideas?

I changed settings to allow all Flash cookies, including third-party Flash cookies. NoScript and Ghostery can help reduce unwanted Flash cookies because they can whitelist and blacklist Flash content, respectively.
