fishy sounding message supposedly from ESET

    Thank you for ESET SS.
    I am running what I think is the latest official version 5.0.95.0.
    I just received this email which I am questioning here. I have done
    nothing that the email requests so far. Will wait till I hear what
    the verdict is here.
