    I would check the SATA/IDE cables and the motherboard SATA/IDE ports. A machine experimenting data corruption is useless.

    Run a disk diagnostic check on your system partition for a start,using the one which should be available for your make.
    Even a fairly new disk may be faulty,happened to me.

    i had these problems only after a xp crash or a xp freeze
    after the crash or freeze(xp doesn't response , i can see the windows the mouse ,but every thing is stopped) , i get the problem

    Why dont you just try the remedies posted-run diagnostics or TestDisk -have you done that or any other suggestion?
    Impossible to keep on giving sensible suggestions if you dont state you have tried them without success.

    when it did happen i run the console and chkdsk /R (it took hours to complete the task)

    You didnt run disk diagnostics-why noto_O
    Irrespective,would assume your disk is faulty,hopefully you have imaged it.
    Change it under warranty,just specify too many bad sectors after diagnostic check which couldnt be repaired.
    Start again,install Windows and FDISR,then install your FDISR archived image.
