You are correct that 0 means TRIM is enabled. As for the Disabled, that is correct too. It just seems backwards. It is sort of a double negative. The disable is disabled so it is really enabled. Clear as mud, huh? For the record, I see the same thing for my SSDs: Which has nothing to do with privacy or telemetry. So again, just more, totally off-topic, opportunistic, fear-mongering, biased MS bashing.
