use ur head not ur head neways if u plan on visiting pr0n, using sandboxie on ur browser can also help prevent damage from malware.
I would also suggest something like ProcessGuard so if some malware does get past your firewall, AV, etc. you have a chance to stop it before it executes.

I second that, you could go to the dodgiest of the dodgy warez and Porn sites that would annihilate your windows machine and go there with linux and not even have the slightest of problems. I suggest linux for your needs. Its free, and comes with (depending on the distro you choose) a very good free Firewall too. Thats all you need, as spyware, trojans and viruses are windows problems. Second tip. Use a Linux Live CD so you can run it from your CD drive and be 100% safe as you are not even using your Hard drive at all. Its simple just put it in your CD drive on boot and it loads boots into linux off the cd you wouldnt even tell the difference from a Windows boot, except of the Screen saying linux instead.
