As mentioned in another thread, I've been out of the game (the internet) for several months now. I was wondering if there were any new must-have security add-on's I'm missing out on.

    Current must-have's for me:

    NoScript
    Adblock Plus
    Adblock Plus Element Hiding Helper
    CookieSafe
    BetterPrivacy
    Ghostery*
    Flashblock
    Greasemonkey
    OptimizeGoogle
    RefControl
    WOT
    Keyscrambler

    * = I remember hearing that Ghostery was bought by an advertising company and that it is questionable now. Does anybody have any further info. into this?

And how about subscriptions for Adblock Plus? Right now my subscriptions list is:

    EasyList (English)
    EasyPrivacy
    Fanboy's List (English)
    Fanboy's Tracking/Stats Blocking
    Malware Domains

Abine's Privacy Suite is new I think. There is a simpler Chrome version that works just like Ghostery for Chrome.

You're missing extensions like VTzilla, Certificate Patrol, HTTPS Everywhere, TrafficLight, Lazarus (sort of), FoxyProxy, etc.
I know more, but there would be too much to list and remember here.

No use for BetterPrivacy, flash 10.3 does this for you. Just block 3rd party cookies and/or clear cookies on exit.
