    180search Assistant/Zango

    I am still on Firefox 1.5.0.11 and got the same warning from a SpyBot S&D Scan, chose "Remove" and it had returned on next scan, this time, I removed it from Firefox 'Favorites' list, but had never seen it "... direct you to sponsors' Web sites, after entering certain keywords..." AFAIKo_O

    Would the extensive procedures outlined on the above site apply in general, or should you go to a HJT assist site with your own log?

    the first extension u describe could be CustomizeGoogle. and for filtering Javascript, u can try NoScript.
