A customer care agent at ESET has asked me to send in a file called driver.exe. I've been getting a message every time I boot saying that a file of that name was moved to Quarantine, but when I open it (under NOD32 System Tools) it's not among the files listed.

    Hi Kenr,

As you said that you're looking under "NOD32 System Tools" I'll assume your using v2.7.

If that is the case go to the threat log and see what time the file was quarantined.

Then go to C:\Program Files\ESET\infected (by default) and find both files that were created at that time. One with an .nqi extension and one with an .nqf. The file was split into those two pieces and renamed.

You can then zip them up and send them in.

    Thank you,
    BFG
