Unfortunatley ThemeXP starting bundling in adware. Belchfire.net and deviantart.com are both good sites that don't bundle anything in, however. I actually switched over to WindowBlinds, however, partially because all the themes I wanted were for WindowBlinds, and partially because I like the program (and now what it can do) better.
