With the launch of the 5.0 products, Zone Labs has been working very hard to handle various issues. We'd like to make it very clear that we have heard our users' feedback, and we take all of the reports very seriously. One overall issue that users have expressed is that they'd like to see more frequent official acknowledgements or statements about issues. We've just updated our web site to do just this: the official product FAQs now contain information about the most recently reported issues regarding our 5.0 products. You can find these FAQs in the Support section of our web site. There is also a link to these FAQs at the top of every page in the Zone Labs User Forum. Again, we appreciate the issues that users have reported in the online communities. We're sorry we can't make a statement about every one, and that the timeliness of some of our responses is not as quick as we would like. We hope this change to our site is a good step in that direction.
