Feedback and bugs ESS 6

hi every body,

I post here because i can't posting on Eset beta form i habe an isssue.


Bug 1 : Show details, show nothing

When i ask scanning folder with right click on folder ( Clean with ESS), there is a popup for notification end of scan.

We can click on "show details..." but it is just opening software without nothing :




Bug 2 : Can't submit file from quarantaine, No report issue (never notification)

I can't send file for analysis in quarantaine :


And when i submit report issus by software i never email notification, i think is bug too .

It is sad ? no ?



Can you add news blog ? detection statics ?, new virusradar ? i don't know but without notification i want cry


Other feedback :
(+) Good memory usage, easy to use, always fast update.

(-) I prefer green icon near O'clock time now is grey :/ i think all the time is disable...

(-) Not real cloud...i never see alert reputation cloud lol

(--) Always check software disable by default

(+ / -) Background scanning is good but disable by default, i thin there is issue because my computer just screen shutdown and i never see scanning (cpu) ... there is not log event for say if he do scan

I add log sysinspector protect by password, if eset team want look write me in private


Rename log.rar.txt -> log.rar x)

enabling background scanning hinders performance. It slows down considerable opening programs, opening web pages and just the overall zip feeling with it disabled.
