    Astonishing behavior !

    And not the first time this year that that particular LEA has played fast and loose with both the law and the constitution.

    It appears that in both cases , what has been very carefully written is still open to very flexible interpretation.

    It puts me in mind of Lewis Carroll -
    " 'When I use a word,' Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, 'it means just what I choose it to mean — neither more nor less.' "

    I wonder if the ACLU will get involved ?
