    Hi,

Did anyone experience a runtime 35602 error?
    Unable to run FD-ISR manager.
Keep getting a runtime error 35602
key is not unique in collection.
Two other snapshots have the same error
    when trying to launch FD-ISR.

Uninstalled many times never did fix it.
Hope the key is not a unique in collection
doesn't have anything to do with the activation key.

Probably have to format and reinstall windows.

    TIA,

    Daniel

Did you do a complete uninstall or did you leave snapshot. If the latter I would try a complete uninstall.

    Hi Peter,

    I uninstalled program only.
The pre-boot screen has been displaying in red ISR file
not found. Probably have to uninstall everything.

    Thanks,

    Daniel

    HI Daniel

Yes, I would try a complete removal and reinstall. See if that helps.

I have gotten this error several times myself. Take a look at your snapshots &/or archives &/or backup snapshots. Make sure every snapshot has a unique name ,not the same one twice. Very likely you put a space in front of the name of the snapshot. For me that seems to do it every time. Delete the snapshot & then reinstall FDISR. That usually fixes it for me.
