Except for what the victims went through, of course. Sheer arrogance, and absolute stupidity (or at least, horrible OPSEC). It'd make quite the movie, a slapstick version of "Fargo". I'm not normally an FBI fan. But this agent did an admirable job, protecting a couple of minor journalists from a bunch of psychopathic Ebay employees.
