An interesting observation is that when I backup a 12 GB partition to an external USB drive that is formatted with FAT32 the backup takes around 6 hours. When I backup to a partition on the same external drive that is formatted with NTFS the same 12GB paritition TI9 reports it will take around 14 hours. The backup to the FAT32 partition always shows up as corrupted when I try to restore, but passes the check archive test on both the source and destination system. I'm running a test now backing up to the NTFS partition, so it will be interesting to see if it works or not. Anyone else observe the same performance issues?
