"Failed to registrate product" during installation

    Does anyone know what does that message means? I'm trying to install the full version and when I fill out the registration details, it simply says "failed to registrate product". How can I get around this?

    Please make a screen shot with the error message you receive and send it to us along with your purchase information (i.e. purchase e-mail, serial number etc.).
