Failed to Backup

    Running on Vista Home SP1, I keep getting the following error all of a sudden:

    Failed to backup file or folder 'Microsoft Office Outlook:/Profiles/Outlook (and loads of letters/numbers following this)

    and also

    Failed to clone backup. Either the backup is corrupted or unable to write data

    This has just started happening after running fine for a while.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Thank you for your interesting in Acronis True Image

    Can you please clarify the following:

    1) Exact title of your product and build number (Help -> About)?
    2) Have you installed recently some applications or download Windows update?
    3) What are you trying to perform?
    4) Do you receive the same errors while using Acronis bootable disc?

    Please attach error log to your next reply.
