    Howdy Members,

So Facebook now has made a tool that according to NY time can do the following:

"The tool, Off-Facebook Activity, allows users to view the hundreds of sites and apps that share data and customer information with Facebook. They can then erase the data it they want."

    The question is:

Facebook's core business model is advertising revenue now come they are letting users accessing data. Is this a marketing gimmick or they are tired to people quitting facebook?

I think so too. I'm sure that most people I know and use FB won't bother with it and probably even won't know it's there.

Also what about AI? Data was used to train AI. Do they make AI unlearn what have it learned based on data user is willing to delete? Does it is even possible to make AI unlearn something?
