F-Secure FP?

Gday folks

Used the F-Secure online scan today it found to infected files

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\autopatcher\APXPNov05Lite.exe not-virus:Hoax.Win32.SpyWare.b

C:\Program Files\AutoPatcher\Uninstall.exe not-virus:Hoax.Win32.SpyWare.b

They are both related to Autopatcher XP which can be found on the Neowin forum. Are these false positives or Is Autopatcher regarded as spyware?
