F-Secure could not scan this file...why? What is it?

    F-Secure could not open this file,

    C:\Documents and Settings\Eigenaar\Application Data\ispnews\ispn.ini

    Why and what is this? I never seen this before...

    I also have a hard time finding any information about it.

    Do i need to be worried?

    I think the file is in use or something like that. You might book in safe-mode and check it out. Or let the file checked in Jotti's or VirusTotal.
