F-Secure client - problem with streaming media

    wonder if you can help. i am having problems viewing streaming media windows media format (real media format is ok). i am using f-secure client security 6 (running both AV & Firewall) with internet shield setting as Home (see image below)

    Any ideas what it might be? myi hinch is the firewall but i cannot seem to resolve the issue

    after installing klite codec pack it seems to be working now (don't know why. it shouldn't be related)
