F Secure 2007 released

Sorry you had such a problem. As I wrote, I originally had FSAV 2006 installed, and then installed FSAV over it (no uninstall). Perhaps that is the difference?

I did a clean install of FSAV2007 on my laptop, then used the free CHIP key that I got for the 2006 version, and it worked fine--valid until 7/15/07. The laptop did not have 2006 installed; I had it on my desktop, but decided to "move" it to my laptop. FSAV2007 is working very well. I did notice, during the installation, a screen that had several options and that did mention continuing on a 7-day trial. However, one of the options allowed me to plug in the free 2006 key. As I said, it worked just fine.
