    Using msconfig, uncheck this entry and reboot:

    HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\Windows Explorer
    C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe

    Although it may not solve your problem, that entry serves no purpose that I can find. I would still try FileMon. Start it before you access one of those drives. It will show what processes, if any, are accessing them.

    OK, Ive done all that has been sugggsted, but still having the same problem. :(

    Please, can some one help me?

    I cant even watch a film or listen to music without having my computer slow down and sporadically stop and start it :( :(
