I am currently running Norton Internet Security (including anti-virus, anti-spyware, etc.), and just upgraded to 2010 when my subscription ran out. Recently I experienced a problem downloading files attached to hotmail account, and Word was also freezing up so I suspected a virus or something. I ran a full scan (have scheduled scans running on a schedule), and it showed some tracking cookies but that was it. I ran Windows One Livecare from the Internet (had previously used this on my work laptop), and it showed the Exploit:HTML/Repl.D malware. However, it did not have an option to fix it, and the information about the malware suggested running up to date anti-virus to fix it. I ran another Norton scan in Safe Mode, which did not detect it.

How can I get rid of this malware?

    Thanks,

    Carol
