Yeah Revo is great, especially for problem uninstalls. I have used it for a long time. The only other features that I use other than the uninstaller is the evidence eraser, and I use the tools to get to MSRT. Pretty powerful tracks cleaner too.

Thanks agin for sharing your thoughts.

It is great uninstaller I agree totally.

I have a question how often do you NORMALLY use it's functions of Tracks Cleaner.......like Browser Cleaner, MS OFF Cleaner, Windows Cleaner, Evidence Remover...........& is it safe to use/delete Junk files cleaner in Optimization??

Whats the utility of Unrecoverable delete?

    Hoping to hear your views.

Does evidence eraser cleans/recreates page file & remove excess meta data fragments left after using a defragger?

Cause with Perfect disk 10 Pro running on Vista after boot time & smart placement i use to get 40 plus excess meta data fragments........after using evidence eraser now I get hardly a few??

Not an expert ... but ... Revo's highest might remove the application uninstaller before it even has a chance to do its job (if you have it ticked in revo list of components to strip out of the registry). Proper uninstallation might not have even happened, if so. This was the case for me with Comodo firewall. Much of Comodo's running services/engine was still resident after reboot.

Medium setting with Revo is fairly safe. I tested it by removing Comodo firewall and medium removal leftover showed 1 registry entry remaining ... the same registry entry I had when using Comodo's own uninstaller.

Revos highest setting is just too harsh to trust. IMO.
